Greek yogurt, another winnerPosted: 1 July 2011
I had a hunch that this combination would turn out well; it turned out very well.
4 cups low fat vanilla yogurt (2 pounds)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/8 teaspoon cardamom
It has a very citrusy flavor. Curiously, the cinnamon is barely discernible, if at all.
Update: Had some of the yogurt tonight as a late night snack and it’s very good. The flavors have combined nicely; I can sort of identify the ginger and then maybe I can identify the cinnamon and then finally it’s a citrusy bang. Makes me go “Oh yeah.”
